It's true what they say: you can't eat at just everybody's house. 

Look, when it comes to food safety, I play by the rules. Chefs have to undergo food safety training for a reason — no one wants to be stuck in the bathroom for days on end because they ate a rotten meal. I truly appreciate chefs who wash their hands, avoid cross contamination, cook all their food to appropriate temperatures… the list goes on. 

But not everyone lives that way. Some people have no problem doing things like leaving a casserole out overnight, then reheating it and having leftovers the next day. Ugh, no thanks! Other people will use foods long past their expiry date because "it's still good." I mean… I'll let them taste-test it, but I'll pass on that one. 

The frustrating thing is that a lot of people seem to believe that they're preparing and storing their food safely just because they were taught a certain way, or because they've always done it that way. Tell that to the germs multiplying on your burger that's been sitting out on the counter for 4 hours, pal. That thing is just waiting to give you botulism! 

However, this person got grossed out at their boss's potluck, and people were quick to defend… the boss! Check out the post below, and you'll see what the boss was serving up. It was a party dip of some sort, and it included a pumpkin who wasn't feeling it's best. Although I've never seen this particular Halloween decor in person, it wouldn't stop me from eating anything because it's just a decoration. No idea why this person found it so repulsive, but you can decide for yourself after seeing what made them so upset that they left the party altogether. 

Next, have you ever wondered what happens if you don't pay the locksmith who unlocks your car for you? This person had a FAFO moment when they told a locksmith, "I'm not paying you 80 bucks."
